These little cuties are making Jas and I INSANE!
We have been to 12 stores. No luck.
We have then re-visited theses stores at midnight and then again at 6 am. No luck.
I have batted my eyelashes, mustered up some fake tears, and have stopped just short of grabbing onto the leg of a poor Toys R Us employee and clinging on while he drags me back into the stock room so I can set up camp and wait for these little cuties to arrive.
Why, Santa?!?! Why??!??! Why is this the one year our oldest child decides to ask Santa for the ONE gift we cannot get (without paying $60 when it retails for $8)?!?! I would never be so looney over a toy except that I know Miss O's "I Believe In Santa" days are numbered and I want to do everything in my power to keep that special belief real for her. I've become "that mom"- the one who beats people up for Cabbage Patch kids, knocks over toddlers for Tickle Me Elmos... Oh, the shame...
So now it comes down to following every lead: Craigslist, eBay, CVS, Cracker Barrell, the caves of Afghanistan... We will comb the Earth in hope of finding these little cuties for our little cutie.
